I just heard a fabricated story being told about the incident between Nandu and Jayadvaita S. at the Villa Vrindava temple room, narrated by a devotee here in Spain, who heard it about another one and so forth.
I was right there, at hands reach and I could see and hear what happened and I feel very bad about these stories incriminating Nandu. He did nothing wrong, only intervened when the swami told the BBT in charge in Italy to tell a lady that was dancing to move, which he did in a very harsh manner.
She was not in front of the Swami, but at least about 3 meters to the side, and did not stood before the devotees, was in front of me and I was just at the door (the door where Srila Prabhupada´s vyasasana is).
When the devotee wanted to throw out the girl, Nandu with his baby in his arms stepped forward and said quietly to the lady guest not to worry and to continue enjoying the kirtan (the kirtan was at a height point at that moment).
Then the Swami got up and made a fierce contorted face, screaming that under what authority Nandu was doing that. Nandu replied that under what authority the swami was doing that and JAS shouted that under Prabhupada´authority.
It was unreal. The swami lost it. Such display of anger wasn´t necessary. I was a few inches away and I saw and heard everything, I do not ”suppose” anything from a second hand source.
I am shocked to hear the lies about Nandu, that he was going to hit the Swami and that the Swami acted with great humility, etc.etc.

Thank you, Knowing what i know about JS (alias the pelican), this does not surprise me. I too have witnessed first hand his harsh ways and sharp tongue.
